# ConfigCat

> Manage feature flags across applications

ConfigCat lets teams change feature availability through configuration after the application code is deployed. Add an SDK to the app, then manage flags and targeting rules through its dashboard or API. A rule can select people by region, subscription, or another user attribute, while percentage rollouts limit a feature to part of the audience.

Variations support staged releases and experiments. Open-source SDKs cover web, backend, desktop, and mobile environments, allowing related applications to read flags from the same hosted service. A team can introduce a feature to a selected group, observe it, and adjust access without another code release.
