When someone responds, scheduled follow-ups stop and an AI setter can answer using the business's supplied knowledge and goals. The setter can qualify interest and share a booking or offer link, while campaign analytics help compare configurations. Teams can use the workspace to keep prospect lists, sending activity and replies connected.
