> Install and maintain shared skills across AI coding agents

flins is a command-line skill manager for AI development tools. It lets users install, update, list, and remove reusable agent skills using commands similar to a package manager. Skills can come from Git repositories, a curated directory, or compatible discovery endpoints hosted on a domain.

By default, flins keeps source files in a shared directory and links them into the locations used by supported agents. This allows one update to reach several tools without maintaining duplicate copies. Developers working across assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex can use flins to keep a consistent collection of project instructions, reference material, and specialized workflows.
