kibbu lets a company use idle computers to run suitable AI workloads instead of sending every request to a cloud provider. Teams add machines through an administration console, select models and preferences, and connect an application using an API key and endpoint. Cloud capacity remains available for jobs that need it.

The service focuses on background work such as evaluations, embeddings, agents, and overnight data processing. A node uses spare capacity and steps back when someone returns to the computer, helping fit computation around ordinary use of existing equipment. A hardware and model explorer provides estimates for planning, while actual capacity depends on the machines, models, and workload settings a team chooses.
