# MOSSLET

> Share updates, keep a private journal, and connect in encrypted circles

MOSSLET is a member-funded social platform for sharing updates with chosen connections. Its chronological timeline brings together photos and posts, with controls over who can see each entry. Private circles and direct messages support smaller conversations, while an encrypted journal offers a separate place for personal writing and reflection.

The service describes a browser-based encryption design intended to keep content private, alongside open-source encryption components. It avoids advertising, public like counts, and ranked feeds, and tells users when they have caught up. Subscription and lifetime options support the platform, giving people a way to maintain a quieter online space for friends, family, and their own records.
