# Notchie

> Read presentation notes near the Mac camera with voice-synced scrolling

Notchie is a Mac teleprompter that places a script near the camera in the screen's notch area. Users paste presentation notes or talking points, then read them while keeping their gaze close to the camera. The overlay is designed to stay out of screen-sharing output during calls and demonstrations.

Voice-synced scrolling follows the speaker's pace and pauses when they stop. A conventional automatic scrolling mode provides adjustable speed and hover-to-pause controls. Notchie is useful for recorded tutorials, webinars, sales demonstrations, and presentations where prepared wording matters. It supports Apple Silicon and Intel Macs running macOS 14 or later and offers a trial before purchase.
