# OmniDiskSweeper

> Find large files on a Mac and inspect what is taking up space

OmniDiskSweeper lists a Mac drive's files from largest to smallest so you can investigate where storage is going. Follow a large item into the files you want to inspect, then open it to decide whether it is still needed. The size-based view can reveal an old download or collection that occupies more space than expected. Selected items can be moved to the Trash after that review. The utility keeps inspection and removal in the same workflow, with the choice left to the person using it. Downloads for different macOS versions provide builds for older systems as well as the current offering.
