# On-Call Health

> Combine incident workload and team feedback to understand on-call strain.

On-Call Health helps engineering teams understand the workload associated with incident response. It combines incident data from Rootly or PagerDuty with optional signals from Linear, GitHub, and Slack, then follows changes against individual and team baselines. Short Slack surveys add responders' own feedback to the operational data.

Dashboards and AI summaries highlight workload trends and the factors behind a change. Managers can use that context when discussing rotation balance, automation, staffing, or non-urgent work. The project is open source under the Apache 2.0 license and is intended to support conversations about sustainable on-call operations.
