# PixyCAD

PixyCAD is a 3D CAD application for makers and people designing objects for 3D printing. On iPad, Apple Pencil input supports sketching an idea before turning it into a solid model; on Mac, keyboard and mouse controls support further refinement. The interface emphasizes direct changes to the model and its measurements during repeated design iterations.

Modeling runs on the device with Metal acceleration. Finished objects can be exported as STL or 3MF for slicing and printing, or as STEP and Parasolid X_T for use with other CAD tools and manufacturers. PixyCAD requires iPadOS 26 or later, or an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 15 or later.
