# Roll

> Take a limited roll of photos and discover the results later

Roll brings the delayed gratification of a disposable camera to a phone. Each roll contains twelve shots, with no immediate preview; the photos appear later, so taking a picture does not lead straight into reviewing and retaking it. Disposable-style filters give the results a nostalgic appearance.

The app is intended for capturing moments while staying involved in them, whether at a gathering, on a trip, or during an ordinary day. Photos remain off cloud storage, and the developer states that they are not used to train AI. The website also provides a carousel-making tool for arranging photos.
