# Rosentic

> Check active branches for incompatible code changes before merging

Rosentic checks whether active development branches remain compatible with one another before they are merged. It targets a problem that ordinary merge checks can miss: two branches may change different files and pass their own tests, yet break when one changes a contract that the other still uses. Its deterministic checks examine pairs of branches for those interactions.

Developers can connect GitHub and use the tool through MCP clients such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex. Source code stays on the developer's machine while scan results are stored by the service. The workflow gives teams coordinating parallel development another way to spot conflicts before they reach the main branch.
