# Squishy

> Care for a virtual companion by focusing, walking, and spending less time scrolling.

Squishy combines distraction blocking with a virtual companion whose happiness grows when users spend time away from scrolling. Users choose apps and websites to block, start a focus timer, or take a walk. Focus time and counted steps contribute to the character's progress, while small photo scavenger hunts provide another reason to engage with the world around them.

People can care for Squishy alone or invite a partner to share the same companion. Shared progress shows contributions without exposing each person's blocked apps, websites, or photos. The product is available for iOS, Android, and Chrome, with optional character accessories included in its paid plan.
