# Toon Boom Harmony

Toon Boom Harmony supports hand-drawn and rigged 2D animation. Draw and refine frames, add color and timing, and composite the scene, or build a character from reusable parts and controllers. The rigged approach adjusts movement without requiring each frame to be drawn again.

Editions cover different production needs: Essentials supplies fundamental tools, Advanced expands traditional animation, and Premium adds more involved rigging and effects. Shared project files carry work through production stages. Optional Ember tools assist with selected tasks while the drawing and animation remain editable, so artists can continue revising the scene with the regular tools.
