# Votap

> Express opinions about political leaders and follow changing sentiment through charts and rankings.

Votap is an app for expressing opinions about political leaders and following how other participants vote. Users can browse political leaderboards, build a collection of their votes, and respond to news articles. Charts show changes in the sentiment represented by activity within the service.

Each user can maintain one vote per politician and update it when their opinion changes, with the latest choice reflected in the results. The app describes votes as anonymous and combines them into collective data. Votap is free to use, giving people a continuing way to follow political opinion between formal elections and compare their views with those of other app users.
