BetaNeon works best when listings are clear and conversations help people understand a product.

Submitting a product

• Submit a real product with a working website. Explain what it does, who it helps, and its current availability.
• Use the product’s actual name and a specific tagline. Avoid unverified superlatives, keyword stuffing, affiliate redirects, and duplicate listings.
• Choose one primary category and up to five relevant tags.
• Upload one to three screenshots yourself. Use accurate images you have permission to share. You can also add one YouTube video link. BetaNeon does not capture a screenshot for member submissions.
• Only claim to be a maker or owner when you can demonstrate that relationship. An existing unclaimed listing can be claimed from its product page. A verified work email matching the website domain can confirm the claim automatically; other requests need evidence and manual review.

Review and changes

Submissions go into review before publication. Reviewers may request changes, reject a listing, or remove content that is misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable for the directory. Buying a paid option does not bypass these checks.

Updating a published listing sends it back through review and temporarily removes it from public discovery. Your dashboard shows its current status and any reviewer notes.

Community participation

• Upvote because you find a product useful or interesting. One account has one vote per product. Do not buy votes or coordinate fake engagement.
• Be specific and respectful in comments. Product questions, practical feedback, and first-hand experiences are welcome.
• Do not post spam, impersonation, harassment, private information, or content you do not have the right to share.
• Disclose your relationship to a product when it matters to a recommendation.
