A few shared ground rules.

Last updated October 8, 2026

These terms cover your use of BetaNeon’s product directory, account features, and community tools. The service is operated by BetaNeon.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our community guidelines.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate another person, evade a suspension, automate fake engagement, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Your submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give BetaNeon permission to store, process, resize, and display that content as needed to operate and promote its listing within the service. You confirm you have the necessary rights to submit the content, including screenshots and logos.

You are responsible for the accuracy of product claims and for keeping your listing current. Review does not certify a product’s safety, quality, legality, availability, or commercial success. We can request changes, reject submissions, or remove content and restrict accounts that violate these terms.

Discovery and third-party products

Product listings link to independent websites. BetaNeon does not operate those products and is not a party to transactions you make with them. Check the provider’s own terms, pricing, and privacy notice before using a product.

Editorial listings may be created from publicly available information and can remain unclaimed. Product names, logos, and screenshots belong to their respective owners. Contact us about inaccuracies, ownership, or removal requests.

Free and paid features

Free submissions are available. Any paid option must display its price, included service, and applicable purchase and refund terms before checkout. Priority review does not guarantee approval, and paid placement does not change organic vote totals. Paid checkout is unavailable until those purchase arrangements are enabled.

Availability and changes

Features and availability may change. We aim to maintain a useful directory but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Closing an account or raising a concern

You can request account deletion in Settings. For support, content disputes, copyright concerns, or questions about these terms, contact us.
