A visual studio controls typography, colors, spacing, and layout so messages can match the surrounding application without involving an engineer in every change.

Targeting rules determine who sees an announcement based on audience, page, trigger, language, device, or schedule. After a small integration identifies users, the team can manage publishing from the studio. Analytics track views, clicks, and unique users, with filters and CSV export for reporting. This helps product teams assess which updates attract attention and refine later announcements.
