Meet Agent Inbox

Agent Inbox gives an AI agent its own address for communicating with people. A command-line setup creates an inbox, and supported connections bring email, Slack, and Telegram conversations into the same workflow. The agent can list incoming threads, send messages, and reply without separate channel-specific implementations. Structured requests can ask a person to approve an action, choose an option, or supply missing information.

Developers can connect through the CLI or MCP and use the service with coding agents, personal assistants, or product support workflows. Contacts and conversation rules control who participates. The service is useful when an agent needs a human response to continue a task, while keeping the exchange attached to the existing conversation.
