Meet agile.flights
agile.flights combines a software delivery method with a companion application for tracking projects. Each project is a flight with a defined scope, a planned landing date, a captain responsible for the outcome, and a crew. The shared board makes active work, completed deliveries, and projects needing attention visible to people beyond the engineering team.
The method sits above an existing issue tracker, so teams can keep their everyday tickets and pull requests where they already work. A separate maintenance role gives ongoing fixes and technical upkeep a home. The public handbook explains the approach, and the Flight App helps put it into practice.
