Autumn provides billing infrastructure for software and AI products that charge through subscriptions, usage, credits, or a combination of these models. Teams configure pricing in a dashboard or command-line interface, then use API calls to check feature access, record consumption, and manage purchases while continuing to use Stripe.

The platform tracks balances, entitlements, top-ups, and usage history. It supports custom customer contracts, shared organization credits, spending alerts, and limits, helping teams connect product access with the plans customers have bought. Pricing changes can be introduced gradually or limited to selected customers. Autumn's open-source core also supports teams that want to self-host their billing infrastructure.
