Axis Robotics

Browser-based robot demonstrations and training data for physical AI

Website

Meet Axis Robotics

Axis Robotics collects training data for robots through a browser-based simulation platform. Contributors use a keyboard and mouse to guide virtual robot arms through tasks such as grasping objects and moving them into place, without needing a physical robot or a dedicated GPU. These demonstrations become examples that help train robot control models.

The platform also supports post-training tasks, where a model attempts a task and a person takes over when it needs correction. Axis verifies recorded movements by replaying them in simulation, then cleans and augments accepted data for model training. Robotics teams and researchers can use its data infrastructure to connect task generation, human demonstrations, model evaluation, and improvements based on observed failures.
