Meet BetterBugs

BetterBugs is a browser-based bug reporting tool for QA teams, developers, and customer support staff. It combines screen captures and recordings with annotations and developer logs, helping a report show both what happened and the technical context behind it. A rewind feature can recover the preceding two minutes when a problem occurs before recording starts.

Reports can be shared with teammates and connected to project tools such as Jira, Linear, GitHub, and ClickUp. An AI assistant adds debugging support to the collected information. The workflow helps teams move from observing a problem to discussing and investigating it without assembling evidence across separate tools.
