Meet bitdrift

bitdrift is an observability platform for understanding what happens inside applications on customer devices. It combines telemetry, session replay, user journeys, funnels, crash reporting, and performance information so engineers can investigate behavior that server-side logs may not explain. Its collection approach is designed to retain broad device coverage without sampling away relevant sessions.

AI agents can access that context through MCP or command-line tools to investigate issues, identify affected releases, and propose fixes for an engineer to review. Teams can also adjust instrumentation through the control plane to collect additional signals. The platform is useful for diagnosing mobile failures and connecting technical incidents with their effect on users.
