Meet Brief

Brief helps product teams preserve the decisions and business context behind software work. It connects to tools such as Linear, Jira, Notion, Slack, and GitHub, extracts relevant decisions, and links them in a searchable Product Graph. Teams can use the web application to understand past choices, constraints, and current direction.

A CLI and MCP server make that context available to engineers and coding agents inside their existing workflows. Instead of relying only on source code or a disconnected document, a builder can retrieve the reasoning associated with a task. Brief is intended for teams coordinating product strategy and implementation, particularly when several people and AI assistants need a shared account of what should be built.
