Turn voice notes and rough drafts into readable Slack messages
Meet Clear for Slack
Clear is a Slack app that turns voice notes and rough text into concise messages. People working from a phone can record a memo in a direct message to the Clear bot, then receive a written version to review and paste into the intended conversation. Desktop users can refine text with the /clr command.
The app aims to preserve names, technical terms, and the speaker's intent while removing unnecessary filler. Optional coaching explains the changes, giving users feedback on their writing. Refinements remain visible to the sender until shared, making Clear useful for preparing updates or requests before posting them to a team.
