ClinicFrame is an AI scribe that creates draft clinical notes from conversations or a clinician's spoken account of a visit. It runs in a browser and offers desktop apps for macOS and Windows, with capture options for in-person appointments and supported telehealth audio. Speaker-labeled transcripts provide the material for notes in SOAP, DAP, BIRP, or custom templates.

After a session, the clinician reviews and edits the draft before copying it into an electronic health record or exporting a PDF. Patient history, reusable templates, and note-based AI chat support ongoing documentation work. Free and paid plans offer different session allowances. The product assists with recording and organizing information; generated notes still require clinical review for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate use.
