Meet CostLogic

CostLogic is a browser-based workspace for turning construction plans into measured quantities, estimates, and invoices. Users upload PDF drawings, calibrate their scale, and measure lengths, areas, counts, or angles. Auto Room can identify rooms and areas, while the built-in Onyx assistant helps edit takeoffs and draft estimates.

Measurements flow into line items with controls for markup, waste, taxes, and deposits. An approved estimate can become a branded invoice sent to the customer, with payments recorded afterward. CostLogic also supports QuickBooks Online synchronization and CSV exports for bookkeeping. The workflow connects measurement and billing, while payment handling remains outside the application. It runs in a browser on Mac or PC.
