CrabTap gives local businesses a way to run stamp and points programs through a shared customer QR card. A business creates its account, displays an onboarding code, and scans customers at checkout. Customers can keep a card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and use it across participating places without installing a separate loyalty app.

Each venue manages its own rewards, promotions, and customer activity independently. Businesses can choose stamps, points, or both, maintain a rewards shop, and send promotional email or push messages. The service is intended for everyday venues such as cafes, restaurants, salons, and shops that want a straightforward loyalty program without building an app.
