Users set the tools and permissions an agent needs, then ask it to handle tasks such as comparing travel options, following up with a business, arranging a booking, or preparing material for work. The agent can continue a task after the user leaves the app.

Its dedicated identity lets it receive calls and messages and carry a conversation through several steps. Published examples combine research, communication, and practical follow-up rather than stopping at a suggested answer. Cue is available through desktop downloads, with additional ways to reach agents from mobile devices and messaging.
