Turn local Claude Code history into a daily work receipt
Build an automatic journal of work on your Mac

Dayflow is an automatic work journal for macOS that organizes computer activity into a timeline. It summarizes what a user worked on and groups sessions into categories, helping them review where time went and prepare progress updates. Daily and weekly views provide broader summaries, while a chat interface offers another way to explore recorded work.
The app is open source under the MIT license. Recordings and databases stay on the Mac, and users can choose local AI analysis. Supported cloud providers and Dayflow Pro may receive selected screenshots when cloud analysis is enabled. The journal is intended for personal reflection and accountability, with generated summaries serving as a starting point to review rather than an exact account of every activity.
