Etsy Customer Service AI Bot helps sellers draft replies within Etsy's own Messages interface. Its Chrome extension adds controls beside the reply box for writing a response, politely declining a request, correcting grammar, or improving a draft. A short note such as a shipping date can be expanded into a complete message using the order details visible alongside the conversation.

Optional store memory builds context from conversations the seller chooses to open, including policies and writing style. Replies can follow the customer's language and remain editable before use. The extension does not send messages automatically: the seller reviews the text and presses Etsy's Send control when ready.
