Evane is an AI-assisted workspace for planning and delivering events that involve multiple teams and stakeholders. It brings mail, calendars, files, and meeting transcripts into a shared record so organizers can coordinate the programme, participants, and outstanding work. Tracking and alerts help the team see where progress is slipping.

The system drafts agendas, briefings, presentations, and minutes from the event's working information. Proposed changes include their sources and can be approved by a person before being recorded. Organizers can connect a compatible assistant through MCP or use the hosted application directly. Private deployments are available for institutions that need a separate environment for their event data.
