Meet Fantasy Grounds
Fantasy Grounds is a virtual tabletop for running role-playing games online. Game Masters prepare maps, encounters, and campaign records, while players use character sheets and dice tools during the session. Supported rulesets automate parts of play, and lighting or line-of-sight settings control the map information participants can see.
The desktop application supports hosting and playing on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Additional books, adventures, and artwork extend the available campaign material. Creators can build modules or extensions and share community content through the Forge. An ongoing group can keep its prepared encounters and character records together, then return to them for the next session.
