Meet FixControl

FixControl helps construction teams document defects and follow repairs through to completion. Inspectors place a pin on a floor plan, add a description and photographs, and assign the issue to a contractor. Each item keeps its location, status, and change history, giving site managers a clear record of what still needs attention.

Contractors can report work as done, after which a manager confirms completion or requests another attempt. Teams can filter records by project, location, contractor, or status and generate PDF or Excel reports for handovers and coordination. Account permissions support different participants, while desktop, mobile, and browser access keep field and office work connected. A free plan is available.
