Meet Gerri

Gerri helps teams review contract changes against their own playbooks. Historical contracts and previous decisions provide a starting point, while owners in legal, finance, security, and sales define instructions for their areas. Incoming redlines are checked against these rules, with differences flagged and alternative language suggested in the document.

Items outside the playbook can be routed to the relevant owner. Approval checkpoints let a person accept, reject, or override a recommendation and decide whether the outcome should become a reusable rule or remain an exception. Gmail integration brings contracts into the workflow, and an audit history records the decisions, rules, and rationale used during review.
