Meet Glean

Glean is a shared entry point for finding information across a company's workplace tools. Connect sources such as documents, conversations, tickets, and customer records, then search them or ask the assistant a work question. Agents can use the same company context for tasks that involve several steps or applications.

Information access follows the permissions associated with the connected sources. Administrators can inspect queries, answers, and actions and apply governance controls across the service. For employees, the workflow starts with a question that might otherwise require looking through several systems, then continues into using the retrieved context in their work.
