When a possible claim is found, Gyro offers to file it on the traveler's behalf and handle follow-up with the airline. The service tracks the case through to a payment when successful. Its pricing uses a success fee rather than an upfront charge for a failed claim, and the workflow includes retrospective checks of previous bookings.
