Happenstance

Meet Happenstance

Happenstance makes a professional network searchable in plain language. Users connect accounts such as email, calendars, and social networks, then describe the kind of person they want to find. Results include relationship context and possible introduction paths, helping with searches for customers, candidates, investors, or people with particular experience.

Users can also add friends and join groups to search beyond their direct connections. The service ranks relationships using available connection signals, and sharing controls let users manage how their network appears to others. MCP, API, and CLI access bring the search into compatible AI tools and custom workflows, so relationship research can happen alongside other work.
