Meet Hardbook

Hardbook combines booking dates with the requirements a freelancer or service business sets for confirming work. A client opens a shared link, chooses dates, and completes the requested steps, such as signing a contract, paying a deposit, or answering booking questions. The business can distinguish a tentative hold from a confirmed booking in the same workflow.

Users configure rates, packages, contract templates, and branding, then connect Google Calendar and their own Stripe account where needed. Contract fields can reuse booking information, and reminders and balance payments help carry the job forward. The booking page can also be embedded on an existing website. Clients do not need an account, while customization and reporting features vary by plan.
