Send ordinary HTML form submissions to email, logs, and connected workflows.

Website

Meet html.contact

html.contact supplies a backend for website forms. A developer creates a form endpoint, puts its URL in an ordinary HTML form, and receives submissions by email. The service stores accepted responses, checks allowed domains and spam, and supports file attachments without requiring a client SDK or a custom server route.

Dashboard settings control recipients, CC and BCC delivery, and reply-to handling. Teams can inspect submission history, export records as CSV, send notifications to Slack, or pass signed webhook events to another application. MCP access lets compatible AI clients create and inspect forms. A free plan includes the same core workflow with a submission allowance.
