Meet HueBuddy

HueBuddy helps artists translate colors in a reference image into paint-mixing suggestions. Users take a photo or upload one, select a color, and receive suggested paints and proportions. Automatic analysis provides another way to explore the colors in an image before working with physical materials.

The app is designed around common artist-grade acrylic and oil paints. Favorite mixes can be saved in a personal palette for later reference, making it easier to return to a color across a project. A free tier provides a starting point, with additional features available through an in-app purchase.
