HyperCap turns the Mac Caps Lock key into a modifier for configurable shortcuts. Holding it with another key can insert a saved text snippet, add a formatted date, or paste without formatting. A secondary clipboard keeps useful text available without replacing the main clipboard.
Markdown conversion helps move formatted content into applications such as Notes, Word, or Gmail. A research notebook saves selected text with its source app and URL, with search and date-based browsing for later reference. Users can also trigger Apple Shortcuts and pass selected text into them. Snippets and notebook entries stay on the Mac, and a quick-access panel helps recall available commands.
