Instructables

Meet Instructables

Instructables is a community collection of projects that explain how people made something. Authors publish materials, photographs, and written steps for builds ranging from electronics and workshop projects to cooking, sewing, and home improvements. Readers can browse a subject, compare approaches, and follow or adapt a project's process. Comments keep questions and variations attached to the instructions, while themed contests group projects around a shared challenge. A maker can use a completed build as a starting point, examine the tools and steps involved, and contribute their own instructions or changes when they have a project to share.
