Keep everyday Linux desktop tools in a compact island
Keep Windows media, clipboard, notes, and timers in a small island

Isle adds a small interactive island near the top of a Windows desktop. Open it to control media and volume, revisit clipboard items, write a note, start a timer, or check resource use. When closed, the compact view can show a current activity such as a meeting, countdown, or notification without taking over the workspace.
The panel can sit flush with the top edge or float below it, with support for multiple monitors. A free Microsoft Store version includes the core tools, while a one-time Premium purchase expands limits and customization options. Isle runs on Windows 10 and 11, needs no account, and keeps its working content on the computer.
