Meet Jointly

Jointly organizes care shared by family members and other caregivers. A circle collects messages, notes, tasks, a calendar, and useful contact details. Members assign responsibilities and record their status, keeping the information about the person receiving care available to the group.

Medication lists and identifying images support the shared record, while an activity log follows recent updates. Mobile and online access allow use together or individually. Employers and service providers can also offer it to carers. At a handover, members can review the latest tasks and information before adding another update to the circle.
