Kajiwoto lets you create AI characters and talk with them in private or shared chat spaces. You can write custom datasets and prompts to shape a character's responses, add an image album, and choose an AI voice. Conversation summaries are used as memory prompts, while configurable moods and sleep patterns add behavior to the character.

The editor supports writing material yourself or using generative assistance. Separate characters can be created for roleplay, games, companionship, or knowledge-based conversations. Chat rooms allow interaction with other people and characters, and the service also provides mobile apps and Discord access for using a character in different settings.
