Keplars combines email sending, editing, and delivery monitoring in one platform. Teams can connect Gmail or Microsoft accounts through OAuth or use a verified sending domain. Transactional messages can be integrated through APIs, SMTP, webhooks, and SDKs, while campaign tools cover scheduling, segmentation, and unsubscribe management.

The email editor supports visual composition and code-based templates, including common formats used by developers. Sandbox testing helps inspect messages before sending. Delivery events, bounces, opens, and clicks appear in tracking views and can trigger webhook notifications. The platform also includes automation and mailbox warmup tools, letting teams manage application emails and marketing campaigns within the same workflow.
