Meet Khan Academy

Khan Academy lets you study a subject through lessons and practice at your own pace. Its material covers mathematics, science, computing, economics, and other subjects, with videos introducing ideas and exercises asking you to apply them. You can return to an earlier topic when a later problem reveals something you need to revisit. Teachers can assign practice and look at progress information to see where students need more work. Families and independent learners can use the same lessons outside a classroom. The combination gives learners an explanation to begin with and a separate opportunity to test what they understand.
