KloudMate brings logs, metrics, traces, infrastructure events, and incidents into a shared observability workspace. SRE and platform teams can follow an alert into related requests, service behavior, deployment changes, and Kubernetes health instead of gathering each signal separately. OpenTelemetry-based collection connects application telemetry to these investigation views.

Its built-in assistant summarizes incident context, highlights correlations, and suggests where engineers should look next. These suggestions remain tied to underlying evidence for review. The platform also includes synthetic monitoring, on-call routing, phone escalation, and status-page updates. A typical workflow starts with an abnormal latency or availability alert, examines the associated evidence, and keeps ownership and follow-up actions attached to the incident.
