Meet Koreshield

Koreshield adds runtime security checks to AI-powered support workflows. It examines customer input, retrieved context, and proposed tool actions at their respective boundaries, recording the reason for each decision. This helps teams identify when externally supplied text attempts to influence instructions or when an action exceeds the workflow's allowed scope.

Teams can begin in detection mode alongside live traffic, review findings and false positives, and then enable enforcement where fallback behavior is understood. The service can connect to existing support infrastructure and uses a console to inspect evidence. It complements the application's authorization controls and provides a way to evaluate specific workflows before blocking requests.
